“Jesus Christ Superstar,” called the rock opera vision of the greatest story ever told, debuted in 1971 as a groundbreaking theatrical masterpiece of the legendary writing team made up of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice and continues to enthrall new generations. The show tells the story of the final seven days in the life of Jesus of Nazareth and includes the notable songs “Superstar,” “Everything’s Alright,” “Heaven on Their Mind” and “I Don’t Know How to Love Him,” proving the message is as relevant and timeless as ever. Ted Neeley, who was nominated for a Golden Globe for the film version of “Superstar” and is known worldwide for his portrayal of Jesus in the show, heads the cast for the Fort Smith performance.

This is one of 7 national touring productions UA Fort Smith packages with UA Fort Smith concerts and productions into the Season of Entertainment schedule each year. Season ticket packages are priced at $230 for all shows and $125 for “Altar Boyz,” “Camelot,” “Jesus Christ Superstar” and all UA Fort Smith events.
