Clean and Cook Your Trout

Description

Trout stocked in Arkansas are a blast to catch but what can you do with them once they’re caught? Join AGFC staff as we demonstrate ways to clean your trout and then we’ll have some trout dishes to try out! Trout will be provided for each participant to clean.
