GWRRA F Troop Motorcycle Rally

Description

We will have our F Troop Rally and 10th Birthday Celebration on August 13, 2022.

We are attempting to have vendors at our location but are not sure how many. We will have a Silent Auction with over 60 items up for bidding and plenty of door/participation prizes to give out. You will receive door prize tickets while playing some of the fun and sometimes wacky games we have planned. We have Yardzee (almost like Yahtzee, except with large dice), redneck golf, toilet roll toss, corn hole, and hi-lo.

Before lunch, we will play a few games of Bingo for gift cards we have received by donations.

Lunch will be determined when we know more!! We will either:
1. Cook Hamburgers and Hot Dogs with chips and chili.
2. Cater a meal consisting of a 3-piece catfish plate with 2 sides.
3. Cater a meal of either Roast Beef or Chicken Breast with 2 sides.

We will have a 50/30/20 drawing, along with other drawings, especially if we can get ahold of cakes and other bakery goods.

Our finale will be a Grand Prize and Second Place drawings. Grand Prize will be $300 cash and Second Prize will be $200 cash!!!!!

Please register early and come. Our Rally spot is indoors, so the rally will take place, whether hot, cold, rainy, or snow!

8:30 AM - Registration Opens

8:30 AM – till close - Vendors Open

9 AM - 1 PM - Silent Auction/ Door Prizes

10 AM - PM - Off Bike Games

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - BINGO

12:00 PM - 1 PM - Lunch

1:30 PM - Announce Silent Auction Winners/ 50/30/20 Drawing / Door Prize Winners

2:00 PM - Closing Ceremonies

You must be present and pay for silent auction items or they will be offered to the next highest bidder.
