Kay Rodgers Park is year-round use facility, operated by a full-time staff. The Park is the home of the Arkansas-Oklahoma State Fair, Old Fort Days Rodeo, and Old Fort Days Barrel Futurity. Many area and national groups host annual events at the facility.
The Expo Center features 24,000 square feet of exhibition/meeting space that can be divided into three areas — 12,000 sqft., 7,000 sqft. and 5,000 sqft. or may be used as one open area that can seat 400 at tables and 1,500 theater style. The area will fit at least 110 10' x 10' booths; tables and chairs are available.

Meeting Rooms
3 meeting rooms are available for break-out sessions, business meetings and other small events. Each measure 25' x 37', with separate entrances from a common hallway. The carpeted rooms are adjacent and will open to form one large 75' x 37' room. The entire facility is serviced from one serving kitchen, which offers a large cooler and ice machine. A list of approved caterers will be provided or the renter may bring in food/drink for non-public events. Telephone, computer access lines, and electricity are available, and an excellent sound system is in place.
Harper Stadium is a 120' x 308' open-air covered arena. The arena floor is sandy loam, suitable for rodeos, concerts, trade shows, and other shows. Can be compacted to a hard surface to suit your event. The stadium seats 9,000 in the grandstand for arena events and 7,000 for concerts, 10,000 with chairs (available for rent), or 14,000 with festival arrangement in the arena. A concert stage is available and the arena floor averages 125 feet of corrected lighting suitable for television taping.
Hardin Arena is a 130' x 210' covered arena with additional bleacher seating available. 9 barns with W-W hard side ventilated stalls are also available. The arrangement allows for a total of up to 345 stalls on the park grounds. In addition, Livestock Auction Sale Barns are also available.
There are over 1,000 parking spaces located off the immediate 40-acre Kay Rodgers Park site; all are within walking distance. When parking areas within the site are not in use, more than 300 vehicles can easily be parked on the immediate property. The Park and the South RV Lot can accommodate up to 400 vehicles with camper electrical and water hook-ups.
