Music Therapy Group

Description

Music Therapy Group sessions will be directed by Rachel Burgos-Griner, a Board-Certified Music Therapist with a passion and joy for working with kids. Concepts such as coping skills, expression, relaxation techniques, and communication are all joined by fun, music, and support.

This group will specifically focus on increasing health and quality of life for those who may be experiencing challenges related to, but not limited to, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and social interaction. Individuals who are differently abled are welcome and celebrated!

No musical experience required!
