Description
Waterfalls, cascades, and other moving water are fascinating to see, to hear, and to photograph. Making good photographs of moving water can be challenging, but when we do, it is extremely rewarding.
In this workshop, we will spend an evening in the classroom, discussing equipment, technique, camera settings, light, and composition. On Saturday morning, we will make an early caravan to a waterfall site and practice all the things we learned in class.
Instruction will be an interactive discussion, demonstrations, a PowerPoint presentation in the classroom, and hands-on application on location.
- Each class will be about 2 ½ hours, and the field trip will last 2 – 3 hours or longer.
- Prerequisite: Basic Digital Photography 2, or instructor’s permission
- Tuition: $125
- Class size: Minimum of 3 students, maximum of 5
- Equipment needed: a digital camera with Manual controls, a tripod.
